Lopostam Refund Policy

We’re committed to making your experience great. Please review our refund and return policy below.

1. Digital Products

All digital products are non-refundable.
Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final.

Please read all product details carefully before purchasing.

2. Physical Products

Refunds or replacements are available only if:

  • The item arrives damaged
  • The issue was caused by Lopostam or its fulfillment partner

To be eligible:

  • You must notify us within 14 days of delivery
  • The product must be unused and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase and photos of the issue are required

3. Refund Process

If your product qualifies:

  1. Email us at hello@lopostam.com
  2. Include your order number, product details, and photos of the issue
  3. We’ll review your request and provide instructions for your refund or replacement

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the issue is our fault, we cover return shipping
  • If not, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs

5. Refund Timeline

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • You’ll be notified via email
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method
