
Lopostam Shipping Policy

At Lopostam, our mission is to deliver your order quickly, safely, and with full transparency. This policy outlines everything you need to know about our shipping process, rates, and timelines.
1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to:
- United States – All 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii
- International – Select countries worldwide
If your country doesn’t appear at checkout, reach out to us at hello@lopostam.com, and we’ll do our best to help.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated based on product weight, packaging, and destination. Here’s what you can expect:
- Standard U.S. Shipping: From $4.99
- Standard International Shipping: From $14.99
- Free U.S. Shipping: Automatically applied on orders over $50
These rates are designed to fairly cover our fulfillment and carrier costs while keeping things simple for you.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has been processed and shipped:
- U.S. Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- U.S. Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (where available)
- International Shipping: 7–21 business days, depending on your location and customs
Please note: These timelines can be affected by holidays, weather, or unexpected carrier delays.
4. Print-On-Demand Products
Some of our products are custom-made using trusted print-on-demand partners like Printful or Printify.
- Production Time: 3–7 business days
- Shipping Time: Begins after production
- Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking number via email once the item ships
Print-on-demand items are made to order and shipped by third-party providers. While we monitor fulfillment closely, we appreciate your patience if delays occur.
5. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after purchase. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your package is on the way, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your shipment’s progress.
7. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon delivery. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our pricing.
8. Shipping Delays or Issues
If your package is delayed or you encounter shipping issues, email us at hello@lopostam.com. We’ll do our best to help resolve the issue quickly.
9. Lost or Damaged Packages
Lopostam is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. However, if you believe the damage was due to a fulfillment issue, contact us with:
- Your order number
- Description of the issue
- Photos of the damage
We’ll review and work with you toward a fair solution.
10. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
If you realize there’s an error, email us immediately at hello@lopostam.com.
Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer input are not eligible for replacement or refund.
